I had an issue with print-o-matic, which is an important plugin for me. So I bought the print pro matic to have access to the support and I was AMAZED by the quality of the support provided by Baden. First, I had an answer litterally 8 min after my first email, and a very reassuring one 🙂 Baden told me that a solution will be found to my problem, and explained me how to investigate (because I can’t easily give access to my WP dashboard due to dual authentification constraint).We exchanged a few emails, still with very prompt answers from Baden, and here it is : one day after my suscription : the solution is found. I got the free version to try out and it worked for my needs. But, I really wanted one of the benefits of the Pro plugin – the ability to use my own printer icon. The Pro plugin is so worth the 8 cents per day ($27 USD per year) that I pay. It is such an integral part of what I want to accomplish on my website – a simple, attractive print button that will print just the image that I want – not the entire page. It is a game changer for me.
And, I want to give a BIG thumbs up to the developer. I was having a couple of small issues with my implementation and the developer went over and above the typical level of service. I so greatly appreciate that service… and the developer… and the wonderful plugin.
Now, if you are considering trying this plugin for your website – I encourage you to give it a try. I am sure you will be delighted. And, it was also great to know that there is a 30 day refund. Fabulous – Try This Plugin!

I have tried and paid for about 3 print PDF plugins that are advertised to print anything on WordPress. But these failed to meet my needs of printing hundreds of pages with full diagrams and latex mathematics equations. This plugin does this with full customization of layout, spacing, and so much more.
The team noticed that lazy loading images did not properly print out all the images in a lesson post. Having the premium print-pro-matic, the team developed a new feature specially designed to resolve this issue! So now a new toggle feature “disable lazy load” is simply clicked and et voila all images are properly shown!
What really surprised me is the amazing customer support. It felt like I had a teammate guiding me through the entire customization process to generate a final PDF output perfectly suiting the needs of my students. The premium version is so worth it if you need that one-on-one guidance especially if this is all new to you. THIS IS THE BEST WORDPRESS PLUGIN RELATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Why do I not get that on every premium plugin I have bought. You can feel the commitment and the interest to make it work for you on long long distance. A few hours later and the perfect solution knocking in my mailbox. How great is that!? Outstanding! That’s the word. Have you ever emailed for tech support of some kind, and the email you get back is condescending or rude or just plain not at all helpful? Well, folks, you are NOT going to find that here!!! The tech support guru was able to get my Print-Pro-Matic plugin to do exactly what I wanted it to do in record time. And nothing but a completely delightful, helpful attitude! This has been, hands down, one of the best customer service/tech support experiences I’ve ever had. I’m honestly blown away! Thank you so much! Y’all have been THE BEST!

Well, where do I begin? I originally tried various other plug-in and got nowhere near the outcome I desired , I then found this little gem called ‘Print o Matic’ , I struggled on with the free version for a good few days and got a lot closer than I managed with other plugins and methods, but still nowhere near perfect.
I decided to upgrade to the pro version for the small cost , mainly so I could source advice on their support forums , within 5 minutes of purchasing I sent over an email to try and get some help, what followed is simply put as a pleasure and a sense of excitement! Within 5 minutes (and no I’m not exaggerating). I received an email with a link to test out my site , it was 95% perfect, over the next 30 minutes I sent 2 more emails, by the end of the 30 minutes , my print function on my live site was PERFECT.
I’ve used lots of premium plugins before many for a lot more $$ and not received a half of the support I received here, let alone the speed and efficiency!! , you can see my print function in all its glory here https://www.gundogworld.co.uk/events/2017-12/. The upgrade is worth it alone for the support let alone the pro features. I will also be making a contribution to their flying boat house too, as I think they deserve it!!

I have been looking for just the right plugin to print the posts and pages of my website. Checked out the most popular ones, some of the more promising ones. All of them had some deal-breaker issue – embedded adds, incomplete configuration, etc.
A friend suggested this, and it has worked great.
I had some initial configuration questions, and they were promptly answered by the plugin’s author. When the plugin did not have a requested feature, it was added.
I am very pleased with how it works, and the results the plugin has produced.
If it were possible, I would give it 10 stars.
