Do I have to purchase additional add-ons?

No. Add-on extensions are entirely optional but do help extend the functionality of some of our plugins. Analyze your needs to decide whether or not you need the additional functionality add-ons provide.

Do I have to pay extra for support?

Plugin support is free for all users that have a valid plugin license key. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.

Will the plugins work on WordPress.com?

Yes. However, a Business plan with WordPress.com is required that supports third-party plugins. If you do not have a Business plan, our premium plugins cannot be used.

What are the license keys used for?

License keys simply allow automatic updates to be delivered if the license key is in good standing. Also, valid license key holders have access to personalized plugin support.

Do license keys restrict plugin functionality?

Absolutely not. Our plugins will work as expected whether the license keys are activated or not. You are encouraged to test the plugins on a staging site without activating the license keys.

How many sites can I activate my license key on?

We offer an upgrade paths to multi-licence key. The purchase price of the current license will be discounted against the upgrade.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the extension but you will no longer receive updates or support after the license key expires.
