Collapse Commander is great because you manage the content for the different collapsable sections in different editor windows. This breaks up the endless stream of content that builds up if you are using Collapse-O-Matic, and makes it much easier to give users clear instructions on how to update content themselves.
This is a great addition to the Collapse-O-Mataic plugin. It has allowed me to much more easily add content to an important page on my site. But more importantly, the support is fantastic! It is, as advertised, personal and, in my case, they jumped in and even added a feature to the plugin to accomplish what I need. The expense to upgrade to Collapse-Pro-Matic and Collapse Commander is well worth it.
